We’ll try to keep this simple.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The Technicians have their own Terms of Conditions if not the current terms below will apply.
What are some reasons I might get refused?
- Being rude to the technician
- Wanting racist/offensive materials
- Being impatient with timeframe, work done, etc. Communication is everything.
- Previous failure to pay without issue. We won’t chase you down, if you don’t pay within 24 hours of work being completed, the project will be deleted and your order will be cancelled.
- DO NOT SHARE TEXTURES! We will prosecute anyone caught sharing our textures/work with others. (If it’s a gift, just let us know!)
- We will NOT share assets or models of any kind to anyone, we can provide the creators page if needed.
